Some days are dark and you cannot find your way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sometimes you wish that someone would shine a flash light and just give you a helping hand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When the help does not appear and you think what is the point, lying in the dark hoping that death will come.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But even death is not your friend and you lie in the dark tunnel feeling nothing but despair.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What is the point you are going no where.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Then from somewhere a quick flash of light appears.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It’s a thought inside your brain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And slowly you realise that lying here, doing nothing is achieving nothing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That the only way out is to help yourself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is hard work, especially at first, but you pull yourself along.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The darkness feels like it goes on forever but you know you must keep trying.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What if you are so close to the light.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Eventually you will get there, and feel the warmth of the sun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The happiness that is the light at the end of the tunnel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
